Peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide-based detergent

Peracetic acide and hydrogen peroxide-based detergent ideal for the agricultural and food industries (HACCP). It can be used for all washable surfaces (floors, walls, countertops, sanitary fixtures) and in CIP systems. Easy to rinse, does not produce foam. Guarantee of cleanliness and hygiene.

In compliance with the following EN Tests standards*: 1276, 1650, 13697, 13727, 13624, 14348, 14476.

Dilution

0,5% - 1,8% (from 50 ml to 180 ml in 10 L of water).

To develop 5022 ppm of Hydrogen Peroxide: dilute at 1,8% (18 ml in 1 L of water).

How to use

• CIP systems: dilute the product through the CIP dosing system and select the suitable cleaning cycle.
• Manual use: to be used, with the needed dilution, through trigger bottles, nebulizers or atomizers. Dilute the product using an automatic Sutter Tech dilution system (Accudose II or Promax). Apply the solution evenly on the surface, leave to act and rinse with low pressure water.
• Immersion use: to be used, with the needed dilution, for work tools, demountable parts of machines/equipment, mops and microfibers' sanitation. Rinse with water.
• Soaking use: to be used, with the needed dilution, to maintain mops, cloths and microfibers in a safe environment with bacteriostatic effect. Rinse with water.

Warnings

May intensify fire; oxidiser. Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause respiratory irritation. Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Store away from combustible materials. Wear eye protection. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/ shower. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. In case of fire, use a dry powder fire extinguisher to extinguish. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with applicable regulations. Contents PERACETIC ACID, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, ACETIC ACID.

Note

Do not use on calcareous surfaces (marble etc..). Before use, please always refer to the Technical Data Sheet and the Safety Data Sheet, with the exposure scenario, of the product.
