Acid-based descaling cleaner

• Doble active principle (nitric/phosphoric). Suitable for use in CIP

Highly efficient low foaming nitric/phosphoric acid-based descaling cleaner. Suitable for use in CIP in the food industry, the bottling of drinks and the dairy sector.

Dilution

Normal use: 2,5% - 13% (250 - 1300 ml in 10 L of water) with temperature range of 20°C - 60°C. Use in CIP: 1% - 2,5% (100 250 ml in 10 L of water) according to type of application and level of scale.

How to use

Dilute the product for manual use or in low pressure systems. Apply the solution to the surface; leave to act and after rubbing to remove stubborn dirt, rinse thoroughly. USE IN CIP: Place the product through dosing systems inside the recirculation system and clean.

Warnings

May be corrosive to metals. Harmful if inhaled. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Wear protective gloves/clothing and eye/face protection. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/ shower. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Corrosive to the respiratory tract. Contains NITRIC ACID, PHOSPHORIC ACID.
